Gray Iris Syndrome
General: Excessive trauma of i 131h75b ris at time of lens imtation with loss of posterior iris pigment; originally had blue irides.
Ocular: Pigmentary glaucoma; gray iris; massive pigment deposits in chamber angle; nonfixated intraocular lens.
